When does the platform launch?
Public launch is targeted for Q3 2026. Waitlist members get Early Access 6–8 weeks before launch, with first-phase pricing locked for 2 years.
Does any data leave the Kingdom?
No. The platform is hosted entirely on Azure in the Riyadh region, with DR in Jeddah. Personal data is encrypted and never leaves the Kingdom, per the Saudi PDPL.
Do I need an Etimad account to connect?
Yes, you need an active Etimad account with API access approved. Our team helps you request permissions from Etimad and completes setup for you at launch.
Can I migrate from Excel or an existing CRM?
Yes. Excel/CSV import tool, plus built-in migrations from Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, and Dynamics 365 that preserve opportunities, contacts, and historical activities.
How is Effistar different from a generic CRM?
